The Kempinski Hotel Bahía Estepona is one of Costa del Sol’s most exclusive hotels.
This Resort located at less than 50 meters from the beach has been awarded a
number of prizes for its magnificent gardens (45.000 m2 aprox.). With its superb
location, breathtaking gardens, three outdoor pools and panoramic view to the
Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the African Coastline, the Kempinski is the perfect
place for anyone seeking comfort and refined luxury. The Hotel is located only 5
minutes outside of Estepona and 15 minutes from Puerto Banús and Marbella.
The hotel, designed in a Moorish/Andalusian style, offers 132 spacious guestrooms
and 15 luxurious suites, all with a balcony or terrace and sea view. All rooms and
suites have recently undergone a full 7 million € (Euro) renovation, and have
exquisite interiors. Some rooms, particularly those with frontal sea view, have a
window incorporated in the bathroom wall, allowing guests to gaze out at the sea
whilst using the bathroom. Warm tones and state of the art equipment, such as
telescopes and 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound System in the Suites, are just some of
the luxuries guests will be delighted with.
With a completely different theme, the Suite del Mar is simply unique. This onebedroom
suite, designed in a maritime colonial style, includes soft palette colours
contrasted with dark woods. Measuring approximately 100 m2, the Suite del Mar
features wooden floors, a jacuzzi and real "ship" accessories, such as Barometers,
Thermometers, World Globe, Ship lamps, an original chest from the 1940's (with
wood and real leather) and even navy port hole doors.
For guests seeking pure extravagance, Kempinski Estepona has created the
exclusive Prestige Floor, where the Presidential, Royal and Imperial Suites, as
well as a few other suite and room categories, are situated. This opulent floor
features card only entrance and VIP lounge with reception, library, bar, music and
buffet. For those guests who choose to stay in the Imperial Suite, the largest of
all, personal butler service, transfer by helicopter to/from the Hotel and the choice
of any luxury car, such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, and many others, are also

ROOMS DESCRIPTION:
All 132 elegantly designed rooms are furnished to the highest standards of luxury
with warm, neutral tones and a touch of Andalusian; a mixture of dark wood,
creams and light gold’s complement each other.
Measuring approximately 42 sqm, all rooms boast a private balcony and sea view,
as well as spacious marble bathrooms with separate bathtub and shower. Rooms
are equipped with flat screen TV's (DVD is available on request), high speed
internet, wireless internet, a seating area with an upscale chaise longue, which can
also be used as a sofa bed, a working desk, safe and mini bar.
All sea facing rooms now have windows in the bathrooms, thus creating a light and
airy feel. Bathrooms feature Kempinski branded amenities, bathrobes and slippers.
For families, a large number of rooms are interconnected, some of which have their
own corridor, creating a mini-suite effect.

Junior Suites
Space is a very important aspect in our Junior Suites, where a bedroom and living
area are displayed in a one room layout. The bedroom holds a king sized bed,
while the living area includes an upscale sofa bed.
Measuring approximately 80 sqm, all Junior Suites boast a private terrace and
either front or side sea view.
Deluxe and Diamond Suites:
More spacious than the Junior Suites, our Deluxe and Diamond Suites are one
bedroom suites measuring approximately 100m2. Both Deluxe and Diamond suites
feature a private terrace; Deluxe Suites have side sea view whilst Diamond Suites
have front sea view.
