We now arrange recreational holidays incorporating Mediterranean Cooking Classes in an informal open-air kitchen with views of the Marbella coastline. Classes and accommodation are arranged for private booking, staff groups or business groups, teaching an Andulucian and Arabo-Anduluz style of dishes, along the theme of 'Healthy cooking for a healthy life'.

This was created to fill a distinct void in recreational cooking schools in the Marbella area, on the premise that there was a definite need for people to learn how to cook not just the local Andalucian cuisine but also theses dishes from the cultures as Arabo-Andaluz that so greatly influenced the south of Spain.

With a lifetime of cooking experience and entertaining in her house, Rashida Reidel sought to fill the void by teaching how to cook easily and healthily.

It wasn't until all her friends told her to open her doors to the public that she started hosting small and intimate classes at her beachside villa, the ideal setting to learn and create delicious dishes in her 'open air kitchen' overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea.

Using natural food products to produce the Mediterranean food like the exquisitely aromatic couscous and the wide range of colourful, savoury canapes, giving that special, creative personal touch to those well known beautifully decorated tables, prepared for international buffets or any other events.

You are invited to join and enjoy her personalized classes given in a setting of sub-tropical garden with panoramic view of the sea.

At the end of every class you will be able to sit down and enjoy that day's creation with tasty local wine.

Classes available:

Private class:
Invite your friends for a cooking class in your house and receive, as a host will have a free class (min 6 persons).

Staff Training Course:
Private staff training classes either in the privacy of your home or mine (min 3 classes).

Business group:
Team building excersises that create a fun atmosphere. You select the menu and cook fantastic meals!

Teenagers group from 4 persons:
Teenagers can benefit from classes on basic principles of cooking. At the smae time these can be fun bonding experiences.

Fish market visit (group of 4 persons):
Would you like to learn the difference between a wild fish and a farm-raised fish!!!... We meet at the fish market before the class starts.

Fish menu:

Starter:
Almejas (clams) a la marinera or small fish for those who do not like shellfish.

Main dish:
Whole fish baked in salt or paella of fish & shellfish.

Dessert:
Caramelized apples tortilla with almond.

The participants are welcomed with organic green tea & fresh mint.
The meal is accompanied by organic Spanish red & white wine.
